How to prepare a perfect cup of Masala Chai?
Ingredients:
Tea Range Masala Chai
Filtered water
Milk or substitute
Sugar or sweetener of choice
Brewing method to make 4 cups
Place 4 or 5 tsp of Tea Range Masala Chai in a pot with 1 tsp sugar.
Fill pot with 3 cups boiling water.
Boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 to 15 minutes.
For stronger tea, let it slowly boil for a few additional minutes.
In a large measuring cup, bring one cup of milk or substitute to a boil, then add it to the prepared tea and let it simmer for a minute or two.
Serve in cups using a strainer, and sweeten if desired.
Delicious with homemade cakes or cookies.
